Bruce G. Cochener – Chairman
Bruce has been a principal in CGF for over 30 years. He served as CEO through July of 2010.
In addition to his involvement in CGF, Bruce was the cofounder/co-owner of InnVentures IVI, LLC, a Seattle based hotel development and management firm that developed, managed and sold over 20 flagship properties under the Marriott and Hilton flags during its existence.

D. Patrick Geiger –
President and CEO
Pat has been with CGF and its portfolio companies since 2006. Prior to joining CGF, Pat was based in Hong Kong where he spent five years consulting with regional manufacturing companies.
He has more than twenty years in senior operational management positions in the international oil and gas service industry where he was based in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Pat received his BSL degree from Excelsior College and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Gary L. Armstrong –
Treasurer
Gary has been with CGF since 1997. Gary started as CFO and now oversees the Treasury & Risk Management functions. He is also responsible for oversight of ownership interests along with other of their investments.
Prior to joining CGF, Gary was a Senior Vice President of Bank of America in Wichita and spent over 23 years in banking. Gary is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a CPA.

Jessi B. Stang – Group Director, Finance and HR
Jessi has been with CGF Industries, Inc. since early 1998, serving first as Controller and then five years as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed as the Group Director.
Prior to joining CGF, Jessi served for two years as Director of Finance for Cessna Finance Corporation, the captive finance subsidiary of Cessna Aircraft Company. For eight years prior, she was VP for a local bank holding company (now Bank of America) specializing in SEC reporting and mergers & acquisitions (45 acquisitions in eight years).
Jessi graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University and is a CPA.

John K. Exline – CFO
Recently named CFO, John joined CGF in 2009 as controller with primary responsibilities for accounting and financial reporting. He also manages the accounting shared service group “Account Ability” which provides financial services to portfolio companies and with 3rd party clients.
Prior to joining CGF he was with Accenture BPO as a part of their due diligence and on-boarding team. He also worked for Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the US. John is a graduate of Trinity University, a CPA, and a CMA.
